Collecting an order

Choose pick up in store at checkout and we'll email you the moment your order is ready. Bring your order number with you.

Asking about an order

Quote your order number and we'll find it straight away. If it's about a delivery, the tracking number helps too.

Asking about stock or a release

Tell us the set and the product — booster box, collector box, commander deck — and we'll let you know what we have, what's on pre-order, and what our allocation looks like.
